Privacy policy

ForgeFrame PEMB OS collects information submitted through contact, chat, concept-design, quote, acceptance, onboarding, and workspace forms. That may include contact details, company name, project location, building requirements, uploaded notes/files, account details, quote activity, acceptance records, and support messages.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare and manage project scopes, operate authenticated workspaces, send transactional communications, secure accounts, prevent abuse, maintain audit trails, improve the product, and support billing or pilot operations.
ForgeFrame does not sell personal information. We do not request government ID, health information, children’s data, full payment-card numbers, or regulated sensitive information. Do not submit sensitive personal, payment-card, structural-engineering, or third-party confidential information through free-text fields unless your organization is authorized to provide it.
Service providers
- Vercel for hosting and request logs
- Supabase for database, authentication, and storage
- AgentMail and optional Resend for email operations
- PayPal and manual invoice for subscription billing; Stripe may remain for legacy payment paths
- Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection
- Together/OpenRouter/OpenAI-compatible providers for AI-assisted design help when enabled
- Telegram/email for operator alerts and support escalation
AI-assisted outputs are for concept design and sales workflow support only. They are not engineered, stamped, permit-ready, fabrication-ready, or a substitute for manufacturer, estimator, builder, supplier, engineer, or authority review.
Records are retained only as long as needed for business operations, security, support, legal obligations, tax/accounting, dispute resolution, and customer relationship history. Legal retention duties, audit logs, security records, backups, and accepted quote evidence may limit deletion.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing sales@forgeframer.com. We may need to verify identity or account authority before acting on a request.
